suede and sweat?

Hey guys,

So I've driven my 370 approximately 100 miles since I bought it in October. Its been garaged for the winter so I haven't driven it much.

In May my GF and I will be taking a trip to Florida and my concern is this... for those of you living in less temperate climates such as Florida, does the suede get stained from sweat?

I have the black interior and do not want to sit down in the car after rollerblading or jogging and have the seats stained. Should I put down a towel for precaution or treat the suede with any products?

Thanks folks:driving:

my profession makes Me PT every duty day. I put down a towel bacuase it's every day. However, a couple of times sweating onthe seats ain't gonna harm it.

Yes... if you don't want your seats to look they have spots. Sit on towels.

I bring a towel to put on my seat when I leave the gym. I drove home with my water bottle between my legs and now there is a little spot on my seat. I have cloth base seats so I'll have to clean it soon.

Please don't rollerblade if you're older than 12. LOL

Just bring a towell and you will be fine.

I always though that seat in the 370z warms my but pretty fast. I know the heat seat is not on... what a wonder lol

I drive my car after hockey games all the time. You just want to let the seat dry up first before you get in the car.

Mandatory Rollerblading clothing: a pink tank top and short shorts

Come on, i'm from the US and see people rollerblade all the time and there is no stigma.. Maybe call it "in-line skating" instead :D

they make this stuff called suede protector. it sprays on and protects against water, stains, etc. probably need to apply it every so often, but it serves its purpose and its inexpensive. find it at any shoe store or the internets.
