My experience with 370Ztune.com

Hello guys and girls, i would like to start of first by wishing all of you a happy new years

I would like to share my experience with you guys with 370ztune.com, this is for anybody thinking of going after market with your 370's, or even those of you that are only car enthusiasts that like to check out whats new out there for our 370z, and exotic cars.

For those of you who are thinking of purchasing high end JDM parts for your car, i know that one of the main concerns for you is, these parts are not going to be cheap, so first thing before i order is i need a trusted vendor that is reliable and i will be sure that my order is safe, and a vendor that could deliver and stand by his word. Thats my first concern anyways, because JDM parts are not cheap, and you will need a relaible trust worthy vendor.

I was hesitant to order JDM parts at first, because i didn't know of any vendors yet, i was new to the Z scene and to the car scene, the 370 is my first true sports car, thats when i came across 370Ztune.com.

I hope this will help those of you who are in the same position that i was in, wanting to order high end parts for your 370, but hesitant because you don't know of any vendors.

( This is in no way disrespect to any other vendor or store on this forum, nor am i in any affiliation with 370ztune.com, this is just my experience with 370Ztune.com, all vendors on this forum are doing a great job in what they specialize in im sure )


WEBSITE: From the moment you open 370Ztune.com, you instantly know that, yes if i want JDM parts for my car, this is where i can find them, the selection of performance parts, body kits, rims, suspension, etc are vast. everything is well organised on the site and you will not get lost.

PRODUCT SELECTION: As i mentioned above, the selection of items are vast, you can find anything from performance parts all the way to aero products, and if not available on the website, it may be made available upon request, this site is perfect for you if your looking to fully customize your 370z.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: This is extremly important to me, as im sure its also important to all you guys, when dealing with a vendor customer service is one of the most important factors that determines weather you will deal with that vendor again, and im telling you from my experiance with 370ztune, they have great customer service. People who work there are very attentive and friendly, and help you out even with the smallest of matters. And thats a huge deal for me especailly that i dont live in the States, so great customer service is a huge pluse for me. I can not stress to you guys how porfesional they are there. When i first contacted them, the company president him self, Ben Schaffer contacted me back, and hes been helping me out ever since, even with the simplest of matters, no matter if its just a simple inquiry or a big order, no matter how busy they are there, and i know for a fact that they are, they will get back to you. So in conclusion customer service is very attentive, and you get fast replies when you enquire about a certain product, and you are updated frequently upon placing your order regarding the status of it.

QUALITY OF PRODUCTS: this is a no brainer, it dosent even need thinking, JDM parts enough said when ordering JDM parts, what you see is what you get, true you pay a bit more than other aftermarket parts, but the quality of the products are top notch, flawless, you could say the Japanese are perfectionists when it comes to manufacturing these parts, you are guaranteed a great product when ordering JDM parts.

I have allready dealt with 370ztune on several occasions, i have a MB 370, i ordered the full mines aero kit ( front chin spoiler, rear spoiler and air ducts)
and zele mirror covers. I know i know a lot of you are going to bash me because i didnt include any pictures for you but rest assured i will defently post pics once my other parts arrive, which have also been ordered from 370ztune if you havent guessed it by now .
Parts on order that i am waiting for are the following
1) sunline racing side skirts

2) MCR CF canard set

3) amuse rear bumper

4) amuse Extra STTI Exhaust

Good to know. There's nothing better than great customer service. I like the fact of the attentiveness . That is so important to me. That actually tells if I end up coming back or not. These cars are not a dime a dozen. So we should be treated well.

Great Choice in company to go with! I know most of the guys there and even hung out with Ben(the owner) at Sema. These guys truly are top notch! I have bought from them for years under their parent company Bulletproof automotive. Seriously, If you are thinking JDM parts these guys get it first and many companies get their parts from them so why not go to the source

Depending on the part they can work with you on prices. shop around online... then give them a call they price match

They price match, the prices are very competitive it's hard to get prices like these especially for top quality jdm products.

I've dealt with them twice so far. Still waiting on some of the parts to arrive but the Mine's front lip & rear CF spoiler add-on were already in stock the day I decided to venture into the world of JDM parts. They arrived quick and well packaged. Nothing but positive results in dealing with them so far!
