dust particles in TINT job

I got my windows tinted, and noticed a few particles in the tent so I took it back. The installer said that the Nissan cars have a lot of "felt?"

The installer said that the Nissan cars have a lot of "felt?" at the window seals and that he had a hard time, but would redo them. After redoing them 5 times, he said that he thinks they should be good now. well, after about 3 weeks, they are worse than the first time he did them. is anyone else having trouble with dust particles in their Tint? James
