get them all out of here it isn't a sports car if it has those.

not to the extreme, but a torque converter based AT sure doesn't belong.

Vegitto-kun 12-20-2010 04:38 PM

and it still beats the MT version apparently.

I cant see any advantage of the MT compared to the AT other than the MT feel of shifting. even after francorchamps

well, the 'feel of shifting' as you put it is a big part of having a fun car, not rear wipers that are only halfarsed functional vs a rear view camera.

Vegitto-kun 12-20-2010 04:51 PM

only fools who cant park their car properly need a rear view camera.

ohohoho

daisuke149 12-20-2010 04:57 PM

you two should have started this at 11am eastern and continued for 7 hours. then I wouldnt have been bored at work.

Wait you were the one that f-ed up in your parking and needed to repair your car. :icon17: I remember your post. Imagine wat would happen if you were parking your car if it had MT. Totalled...

Yep, we all removed ours and you guys are trying to put them back on :icon17:

I put mine back on and use it all the time since I park on a hill and the Z is my daily.

I suppose you refer to a guy being AC or AC/DC. And your insult is that he is AC? Wow, how times have changed.

I plan to remove my rear wiper. As i did with my 350. Never liked it. Plus it's weight savings(lol). Looks cleaner though. I bought what is believed to be called a faucet stopper or plug from home depot and had it painted the same as the car. Looked good to me.

Honestly, just use rainX it will be more cost effective and sheds standing water pretty well. I live in GA and it rains all the time! I also tinted my windows 20% and tinted my tails 5% sooo needless to say for me to back up at night requires my windows down and my head sticking out lol.

How would you know, your car never moves, I KID I KID, your still my little bullitt.

Here is a schematic of the JDM rear wiper. It's attached to the hatch itself. You probably do not need to order an entire JDM hatch, you can probably drill a hole into your car and have it installed. More likely there will be markings underneath the US hatch panel that will show where the hole should be. You need the motor, the wiper assembly, and then any wiring will be completely custom. The rear wiper in Japan should (if I am not mistaken) have a relay or fuse that controls it, so you would more than likely need to wire up everything to a blank spot in the underhood fuse box or independently wire everything up with a new switch. Unless you do custom work, you will not be able to have the rear wiper controlled off the steering column stalk switch. It's A LOT of work... But if anyone is truly interested we can get ALL of the parts etc in from Japan!

yes but that was the front of the car not the rear. ******* tiny *** pole messing up my fender.

I can drive MT just fine so it wouldn't of mattered if I drove it MT.
