Auto Head Light off delay adjustment for Nismo?

I'm not having any luck finding this info. Can they be adjusted BY YOU, if you don't have the factory onscreen nav? How does one adjust this? Mine are set

I'm not having any luck finding this info. Can they be adjusted BY YOU, if you don't have the factory onscreen nav? How does one adjust this? Mine are set to 45secs and I would like to shorten it. I've read the manual, page 2-31: refers to 4-14. Where nothing is described for a Nismo... According to this thread, this is a DEALER adjusted only: Is that the only option? Auto off headlights?
