I have been thinking I would like to change my shift knob, and it sounds like I probably won't have a choice when I put in a short throw shifter.

I have been thinking I would like to change my shift knob, and it sounds like I probably won't have a choice when I put in a short throw shifter. But I haven't found anything I like, what is the thread pitch we need?
I did find these that seem pretty nice,  Obviously it is not for our cars though, has anybody seen on like this that would fit properly?
