Here is the description from their website: "The Momentum 350Z Shift Knob is machined from 6061 billet aluminum and then treated to an anodized black finish featuring an engraved six-speed shift pattern. The shift knob’s short throw improves the smoothness and authority of every gear change, and the knob’s shape fits deftly into the hand while adding a touch of class to the cockpit."

That's different. I like it. I hope it screws on properly to where it's tight and it's facing the right direction.

But if it's for a 350 it will fit a 370.

^ i kinda like it. wonder if it would sit totally straight

on aside note: what does everyone think of these super heavey weight shift knob. sure they make ur shift feel "smoother", but i also know that sometimes z owners have trouble finding a gear because our tranny's feel notchy. do you guys really think just having a heavier knob that is essentially forcing the car into gear faster is a good thing?

Im beginning to wonder if this super heavy shift knob fad is one that will turn out to be not so benificial for our cars in the long run.

^^ I just put on an Abrams M1 Stainless knob, about 460 grams; and I understand what you are saying.
IF it turns out to be bad for the transmission, then that will give me an opportunity to change 6th gear when I get it rebuilt!!

It only adds ease to the shift due to the weight and the center of gravity, It really doesn't force it faster it just requires less effort to do so which is why we all rave about how it makes.the experience better especially with the naturally rough transitions we have., I would doubt it adds any extra wear.

Default blox weighted shift knob ltd

Does anyone have pics of this knob on their 370z? I want to see what it looks like with the factory boot and how it sits. And on another note, what do you think about the blue chrome for a monterey blue Z? Yes I understand it is up to the person and their taste, just looking for opinions.

I just bought that exact Blox shift knob and it doesn't sit right, it didn't came with a base, so when I put it in the shift boot was sagging. I'm calling the guys at Blox tomorrow to see if they have a base to fix the problem.

That's another reason I love mine. I have felt many knobs (all jokes aside) and this is the best.

thanks for posting, hopefully they can help you clear it up. Can you please take a couple pics so I can see exactly what you are talking about. There may be a thread on here to help fix that. How does it feel shifting?

That is beautiful. Fits perfect in the Z. What knob is that? Weight? Price?

Thank you

You can only get them from Forged Performance that I know of. Tell them I sent you if you call. Not listed on there site. You have to call. It's about a $115 maybe a little less. The weight not sure. But it has some weight to it. More than most other knobs. But that's another reason I like it.

Got it from a place called ltb autosports. They sell from a web site (dont remember it), and they also sell stuff on ebay. It only cost me around 50 bucks.
