I'll measure it later and post the dimensions. I managed to find one was the exact diameter of the shifter shaft (lucky first try!).

Grommet dimensions are: 1" in diameter, with a 1/2" hole (this fits over the thickest part of the shifter shaft). The thickness of the grommet is 1/4". Hope this helps!
