Scratched rear strut bar

The one on the inside looks like someone (before I took delivery) used it to move a sheet of plywood and pulled it accros the bar. Can the dealer change

Default Scratched rear strut bar

The one on the inside looks like someone (before I took delivery) used it to move a sheet of plywood and pulled it accros the bar. Can the dealer change this out?

I'm assuming you are talking about the alluminum brace behind the seats. How bad is it? I'm sure the dealership can swap it out but it will probably cost you.

It's a new car, and it was damaged before i picked it up last week, should cost me Zero. The reason I never saw it is it's all no the back side, you cant's see it from the seats.

They should replace it then. You will just have to raise h*ll with them if they try to deny it.

its fairly easy to replace, just have to remove a lot of the interior trim to get to it. I just took mine out to powdercoat it.
