I know many of you have asked questions about installing Fog/driving lights. I resently installed a 10in LED light bar from Ridgid Industries. Easy install. Remove bumper. Mount on metal cross bar then run the wirers. Finished. I installed the switch in the lower kick panel by the fuse box. Power is tapped into a fuse, which means the light comes on when the ACC is on in the car. Very bright, brighter than stock headlights. The light has 5 pods of LEDs. 3 pods are Fog and 2 pods are Driving.
I also installed the rear fog light, which is wired as a brake and upper LED strip wired as a Brake. I also installed other strip lights along headlights and lower bumper. Some of you may not like them, but they look much better in person. The photos make the lights "bleed". You can see each individual LED in person so it is not glaring as photos. Thoughts and opinions? Last edited by crc714; 11-24-2010 at 02:04 AM. Reason: update |
