Can someone confirm that there is a thin rubber liner/seal around each of the front headlights? My car was in the shop recently and it came back looking kind of

Front Headlights
Can someone confirm that there is a thin rubber liner/seal around each of the front headlights? My car was in the shop recently and it came back looking kind of strange, like there's a huge gap between the headlight assemblies and the body panels like the side fender and front bumper.
