Front Headlights
 

Can someone confirm that there is a thin rubber liner/seal around each of the front headlights? My car was in the shop recently and it came back looking kind of strange, like there's a huge gap between the headlight assemblies and the body panels like the side fender and front bumper.

im not sure about the 2010s, but my 2009 didn't have a liner around the headlights, just "T" shaped rubber tabs at certain spots.

if theres a huge gap, i'd assume that they missed the headlight mounts on the frame. aside from the bolts that hold the headlight in place, there are notches and gutters that guide where the headlight assembly should slide and align into the body.

Nevermind, I just dropped by a dealership and checked out some 370Z on the lot. They all have the same gap. My bad ...
