Shift Knob Sequence Pattern

I've got a question on the leather-wrapped shifter knob. I'm interested in retaining the stock shifter but I want to paint the indented shifter pattern on the knob white. 135R

I'm interested in retaining the stock shifter but I want to paint the indented shifter pattern on the knob white. 135R 246 Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this could be done? Is there some sort of decal that could substitute for the paint?
