Recommend good body shop in SoCal
Hey guys, something randomly ran into my front bumper as I was driving on the freeway, I tried to swerve to miss it, but it happened too fast. Well long story short, I need to get my bumper repainted because of some really deep scrathces. No dents or anything just some scratches on the bottom of the bumper. Can anyone recommend a good quality body shop in Socal that can color match really well?
Thanks!! |
If it's just on the bottom and it's not noticeable I would just leave it alone.
If you still want to get it repaired I would recommend either DTM Autobody 2501 Tyler Avenue El Monte, CA 91733 (626) 448-0903 or My buddies shop that's run by his family: Mardikian Automotive Center (310) 978-1444 4925 Marine Ave, Lawndale, CA 90260 |
It's not on the bottom of the bumper like under, but just the bottom portion of the bumper, I'll post some pics.

You might be able to get that buffed out with a good detail.
Take it in to either shop and get their opinion. |

I don't know anyone at DTM personally though they painted my front bumper and passenger fender as well as most of my friends cars. Best of luck  |
I will tell you where NOT to go, Just to save you and anybody reading from any nightmare expierience..
Do not leave your car with RAW (REAL AUTO WORKS). RAW ::: AUTOMOTIVE HIGH PERFORMANCE, ENGINE, SUSPENSION, TUNING. They absolutely destroyed our brand new Z. They had my 370z for about 9 months and I finally got the car back with un prepped chipping paint, bad fitting bumpers, tons of missing clips, missing gaskets, missing seals for windows, missing OEM parts, missing aftermarket parts I gave them to install, and I can keep going on and on but I will keep it short. We pretty much had to re-do everything on the car inside and out just fix what they damaged. What me and Ryan did in 1 month with the car in house, was 100 times better then what they did in 9 months. I have kept my mouth shut with them because I am not one to talk trash online, but just to protect our 370z community, I will give my 2 cents. |
Thanks for the advice guys!!

801 South Lemon Avenue Diamond Bar, CA 91789 (909) 468-5626 ask for Rob if you're going through insurance or ask for Ken if you're not -if you drop by, you can visit Seibon, they're right near each other been going to them for years. never been disappointed. |
how much does it cost there in US to paint the bumper or fender like a single piece? As here dealership is 30% more then high end shops and 50% then normal paint booths
good luck |
