trunk dimenssions
3 Attachment(s)
I was wondering about the size of the trunk. I know that you can fit two golf bags (as seen below), but I'm not a golfer. So can any one give dimensions to this picture someone posted asking this question. I found it on one of the threads here. I hope this is not a repost I could only find one picture on this subject and no answers.
I have also made one my self (the white car) with the same dimensions just different view. Thanks a= length of trunk b= width of hatch opening c= width between pillars d= with at the widest point inside the trunk e= maximum height floor to roof f= minimum height floor to trunk hatch at lowest point |
Trunk Size.
Did you ever figure this out - I have the same question.
|
A 35.5
B 41-43 C 21 D 52 E 18 F 8 All in inches on my 370Z Base. |
+1 Thanks for taking the time for the measurements.
|
If you have to ask, they're too small.
If I take both wheels off my road bicycle and place the wheels in the passenger seat, the rest of the bike will fit under the hatch. Barely. |
Wow and than you kill like half your space when you put a sub box in there from z enclosures. But oh well.
|
I put my wheelchair in the trunk on test drives I took. I have to take off the wheels but both wheels n frame fit snug in the trunk. I can tell that I can still fit the custom z sub box in there and can still use the cross brace. Its all about placement with my chair. But it works. Something I couldn't do with the 350z cuz the crossbrace. Was poorly placed n wouldn't come out. That's y I had bought a G35! :)
N that's y I drive automatics now as well. :( |
I have a question. With the trunk cover, what would the height be?
|
acording to my original post and CBRich response:
"a= length of trunk b= width of hatch opening c= width between pillars d= with at the widest point inside the trunk e= maximum height floor to roof f= minimum height floor to trunk hatch at lowest point " "A 35.5 B 41-43 C 21 D 52 E 18 F 8" BTW thank You CBRich |

Would this fit?
I am thinking about buying a folding bike. seems like a tight fit. Was wondering would this fit
Montague Bikes | 2010 SwissBike X50 |
i just fit:
(2) 20 x 8.5 wheels (2) 20 x 10 wheels in my Z :) |
According to my standard units of measure, you can fit 3 dead hookers back there, 5 if you chop 'em up first.

:iagree: This is very true, but if you don't use garbage bags you will never get the blood stains out. |

I know I am way late to this thread, but this is awesome, thanks. I am considering getting a 370z, but was worried about whether or not this rolling case I need for work would fit in it or not. Now I know it does, sweet. Time to save up some cash and go get my Gun Metallic Z

Thanks guys. I'm not 100% sure if my guitar amp will fit in the back. Gonna take the road case (empty) down to the dealership and try it out. Really hoping it does. I'll probably grab a couple of empty guitar cases too. I'll take a photo if I can get my amp, 2 guitars, and a pedalboard in there. Just in case any other members are players too. :)

Thanks for the dimensions! Based on those dimensions, my wife's Bass Rig (24x28x18) definitely doesn't seem to fit (let alone her Bass guitars)... Bummer, we were thinking about buy a Z today and then driving it with my wife's rig down to Hollywood this weekend where she has a gig... Maybe get a Z trailer? :)

Not to once again bring this thread back from the dead but does anyone know the exact distance/width on the floor between the wheelwell/pillars and strut behind the seats? As well as the length and height of the pillars themselves. Trying to see if my old sub box will fit. Much appreciated.
Thanks! |
