I just installed 20mm front and rear Ichiba bolt on spacers and am having vibration issues with the front too. I know it's the front because I ran the rears only first with no issues.

I used my Dremel to dig some grooves where the stock lugs protrude but I guess I didn't do good enough because the vibration is still there.

I would be interested in reading your post as well kenchan.
