They make you order the adapter. I probably have 3 M12 × 1.50 adapters laying around. I've tried a few of their shift knobs. I wish it were a couple hundred grams lighter. The Coolerworx shifter doesn't require a heavy shift knob. Unfortunately, the only light shift knob they offer (Apex R @ 155 grams) doesn't have a good feel to it.

Well PM him, I guess. He never mentioned anything about it being a poor fitment. Maybe he solved the problem somehow.

best shift knob
After having spent hundreds of dollars on several different stainless and titanium billet shift knobs, I’ve gone back to the OEM knob. It is the one that feels and looks the best to me. I’m done.......

I've been looking at getting one of the TWM knobs, but haven't decided which style I would like better. My question though is which finish matches the silver trim pieces better in the Z, the regular stainless or the satin?

Shifter feel is subjective but i prefer a weighty knob
The best one for the buck is GRFXpressions Fatboy (knockoff of Tommy Kaira, heavier than the TK but 1/2 the price)

Ive got a few....I have a GRFX fatboy, a moddiction anvil 2, and a custom made delrin shaft knob that looks similar to the mishimoto knob. I like all of them, so i change them out as wanted lol.
