This is my TWM Spooky Shift knob and redline custom alcantara shift boot. Im using a B&M Short shifter if your wondering about height. Love this shift knob!

Arrvaxx 07-28-2013 11:56 AM

Very nice...I think I found my knob. (*giddity*)

I did the Fatboy TK clone. Its heavy but kinda short on the assembly. Kinda disappointed.

I know the TK is expensive but it's worth every penny, IMO. I've owned 2. Had one on my 350 too. I never should have sold it. :shakes head:

Last time I checked (this morning), Bulletproof Automotive/370ztune still has a few Tommy Kaira heavy baby shift knobs in stock and for a good price too! ;)

I know it's the best shift knob I've ever had.

KittenMittens 09-23-2014 02:16 PM

Show me your shift knobs!

You heard me! I want a new one and unsure what to get so, I want to know what yours looks like.

My phone camera sucks... the blueish burnt color pops a lot more in person, though not as much as a Ti knob.

I had a few shiftin knobs over the years, and hands down my favorite shift knob is the TWM spooky/phantom just the fact that its weighted and isn't effected by ambient temp is great. I do wish they were a little bit heavier though.

cooltoy 10-19-2014 10:15 PM

Kenchan loves the Michelin man. :rofl2:

See post #195.

littlejuanito 11-05-2015 03:36 PM

I love this shift knob. I ended up ordering one of these exactly the same way. How do you like it so far?

CremeFraiche 07-07-2016 12:32 PM

bumping this to see everyone's opinion on this now. seems like not many vendors have had a thorough catalog of aftermarket shift knobs. tired of seeing all the Tommy Kaira's :/

ChaseZ 07-07-2016 01:54 PM

Never in my life would I have thought I'd drop Tommy Kaira kind of coin on something as simple as a shift knob.

Then I bought one.

And wow it is worth every last penny!!

Even the tech that did my dyno tune yesterday was seriously impressed with it.

My Lathewerks knob in post #213 is still the best knob I've ever had.

Ritch7714 07-22-2016 11:20 AM

Just machined this little guy and weighs about 450 grams. Gonna grind and polish it up and I'll post a picture in the car
