does anyone know if there is a aftermarket navigation that will fit in the cubby hole? my friend has a 370z touring without navigation. he wants to keep the radio

installing aftermarket nav
does anyone know if there is a aftermarket navigation that will fit in the cubby hole? my friend has a 370z touring without navigation. he wants to keep the radio and install a navigation system just to use it for nav, dvd's and ipod. can anyone help. Thanks
