Default v1 help! PIX INCLUDED!

So yeah, yesterday after spending 4hours while my back was breaking into millions of pieces I was finally able to finalize my v1 mount. But little problems. My add-a-line kit sticks out in the fuse box so I can't close the lid on the fuse box. Any suggestion or help?

Thanks guys! if it weren't for you guys, I wouldn't have been able to done it!

You have the wire facing to the right so it goes too far out. Flip it so the wire goes left and it will fit.

Unplug add-a-fuse.

Flip the car so that the tires are at the top, roof on the floor. Plug back add-a-fuse.

jay- did you figure this out?

another way is (i mentioned to you before) is to take the pigtail, tin it, align it to the fuse terminal, push both the wire and fuse into the fuse box.

add a 2A fuse in series. i usually just solder it in-line somewhere convenient and wrap it with e-tape. in the 20+yrs using radar detectors, ive never had a fuse blow.
