kenchan A True Z Fanatic Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: N/A Posts: 76,801 Drives: N/A Rep Power: 141521	jay- did you figure this out? another way is (i mentioned to you before) is to take the pigtail, tin it, align it to the fuse terminal, push both the wire and fuse into the fuse box. add a 2A fuse in series. i usually just solder it in-line somewhere convenient and wrap it with e-tape. in the 20+yrs using radar detectors, ive never had a fuse blow.
