ya bro they can.... i had two people order that were from canada.... as far as are more people getting these... only two more people have asked me so that that would make you three but we need at least 15 people...

Got mine - not sure I will install. Nice material.

Will probably tweak my color one a bit and re-print on different material to improve. And maybe buy a vinyl cutter to replace my X-acto knife
