Thats a good question. Since they are US territory i think it would be like shipping from Hawaii. Which means no customs. but then again if the shipment was not declared it could go out of country as a document since it fit in an envelope.....

no... but when i sent letters to my fiance when she was in boot camp in south carolina... it took about 10 working mail days.... but california should have gotten some already... when i order stuff from cali it takes only 5-7 days to get here....
