Front Air Dam Advice

I'm looking for a front air dam for my Z, but I don't quite know what I want.
So, who has what, what do you like, and what don't you like?
Plus, what are the advantages of CF, and is it worth the extra price?

Something that would attach to the bottom of the stock front bumper and go all the way across the front of the car?

Ah, ok. Check on the forum, there are quite a few threads for lips and Carbon Fiber...the search feature here is excellent, use the Advanced Search for best results.
