Front Air Dam Advice

I'm looking for a front air dam for my Z, but I don't quite know what I want.
So, who has what, what do you like, and what don't you like?
Plus, what are the advantages of CF, and is it worth the extra price?

Lip?
Something that would attach to the bottom of the stock front bumper and go all the way across the front of the car?
Preferably one piece?
