Our tax dollars hard at work with this one. I don't care that he's a retard. That's his right as an American. Be as stupid as you want. But I seriously take issue with him trying to tell other people it's ok to mount harnesses on "show-only" types of harness bars. That kind of **** can get someone killed.

His logic sure sounds like that of most of the government employees I know and work with in DC :eekdance:
