hmmm is this the connecting cable for the rear foglight?

was cleaning the exhaust when washing the car and notice the cable right behind the light lol.. i was like wtf is dat

No, that's for the rear exhaust wiper.

Most likely is.
I don't remember having that wire when I put in my fog. The connector was there, but I don't remember the wire.

If so, how do you turn it on/off?

Check other thread on adding the missing switch or swapping the combo control.

Basically if that is fog light harness it runs to BCM which turns it on based on a combo switch input. No one has posted it works yet.
