It should be under warranty but I'm afraid they will say that the tint is caused the problem.

I had this problem and it was the key fob. Dealer got me a new one and problem went away...

So here is an update, I checked the BCM and it doesn't appear that any liquid had gotten to it. I tried disconnecting the battery to see if it would reset.
Does anyone know if one of the key fob sensors fails, the whole system fails? |
