It should be under warranty but I'm afraid they will say that the tint is caused the problem.

I had this problem and it was the key fob. Dealer got me a new one and problem went away...

I should install dynamat. The car is pretty loud inside.

Ok an update to my problem. I went out at lunch, everything worked.
I went home, parked in the garage. Then about a hour later, I went to start the car again and it asked for the key. Drove to work (about 4 minute drive) and I was able to arm the alarm with the key fob. Now my theory about the BCM being wet seems to be correct. I'm gonna test my theory tomorrow.

So here is an update, I checked the BCM and it doesn't appear that any liquid had gotten to it. I tried disconnecting the battery to see if it would reset.

Does anyone know if one of the key fob sensors fails, the whole system fails?
