This is my Car with a JP Lip and its not Photo shopped.

BTW, it doesn't look like this now. Last Friday on I270 north of St Louis a Semi tire exploded right in front of me and really screwed up the front end

there are six screws on the bottom... and like 2 screws on each end to hold it in place... and then double stick tape on the upper parts of the lip :tup:
