AK, are you going to run this with your fang covers? Does the CF match up? EDIT: I found the Siebon one. Nevermind.

Hmmmm ..... the GT lip is angled up in the centre to avoid scraping the leading edge of the lip as you drive the car through a gutter .... the SR style lip is styled after a race-inspired "splitter" where the lower edge of the lip protrudes a long way forward (just like the "splitter" on road-race car. The GT lip is angled up for what looks like 2/3rds of the width of the car to stop the lip being ground-away by the tarmac as you drive thru a gutter/driveway I think.
It is really difficult to tell from the photo's but I reckon that anyone fitting a NS style lip is going to have problems with steep driveways and so on. The GT style might be a better option but IMHO it looks "naff". For an explanation of the acronym, please go to acronyms finder dictionary and abreviations finder dictionary - acronyms and abreviations list, definitions and funny acronyms from medical, military, army, training, business, internet, and emails. and look at NAAFI where you will fiond the term used .... it is peculiar to the UK Armed Services and denotes "not", "nothing", "sub-standard", "less than useful" etc. When I need a laugh, I often refer to the businessballs site ... lots of interesting acronyms hiding in it ... be interested in hearing whether the humour transports to demographic represented on this forum .... me being a dinosaur of advanced age and all !!!! The one I like best is WOFTAM ...... very descriptive Last edited by BGTV8; 09-01-2010 at 03:02 AM. Reason: Still cannot type |

Did June track day at Monticello- back straight 1.5 Miles with slight turn and drop off about 2/3 way down- probably doing 135-145 mph- front did feel just a little light as the track dropped away- no problem as just slight turn but I would feel more comfortable if front was a little more planted. Sept track day (this past Friday- will post some gopro vid latter) same back straight flat out- Z seemed more planted and I was very confident nailing it down the back straight- at least I thought I was getting more down force and Z handled great all day Overall very pleased with fitment, think looks fine on Z as did others at track-goes with lines & hood "bump"- could almost be factory - not too over the top and seems to work at high speed and is roadable too if your paying attention |

We had two orders but due stocking and shipping issues that we weren't aware of until the last minute they didn't ship out until last week. These should be arriving soon.

Not really teasers, but just to verify fitment those asking. I'll have our customer post up real pics mounted when he gets a chance.

does the lip lower the front end or does it maintain the stock height?

I had to remove the factory Sport "lip" which was about 3/8"-1/2" lower than bottom of Seibon GT Lip - so this is slightly higher BUT will hit curbs and need to be careful pulling out of parking lots etc that have good dip before road- just need to be careful and pay attention
