The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts: 370Z Exterior

They have silver front Z emblem, and both front and rear carbon fiber Z for 370z w/ slash not dots.

Has anyone installed the carbon fiber Font and Rear Z Emblems from the Z Store on a pearl white, yet? If not, can someone photoshop them for me on a white Z, please?

BTW, they are on sale right now!

Reading some not so great reviews of the carbon fiber emblems on this site - has anyone gotten these and actually liked them?

There just stuck on over the nissan emblem, to get a feel of how they look. Got them like 6 months ago and never liked them enough to put them on.

Look at my pics, it looks ok, but I would suggest not wasting your money....the stupid thing didn't even fit on my back emblem location properly...it was too large, so I had to use a dremel and sand it down. In doing so it also caused a small crack on one of the edges. I'm probably going to take it off and order a black nissan emblem sooner or later.

I removed the one on the front. Some idiot hit my car when it only had 1500 miles on it. I had the insurance company replace the entire front bumper. When they started doing the repair work I paid a little extra and had them fill in the emblem indent and smooth it over. I plan to have the same done to the back.

I agree completely... I shaved my Tit Silver 350ZR of all factory emblems... Reused the "Z" as a 3D overlay on the back glass after tinting nearly black... and installed a Z shield on black field for the front emblem (later stripped off the black background for a brushed look) People would ask "Who makes that?" when stopped at a light. Only reply that made sense - Martians.... I know we are talking about 370s here... So don't flame... I recently sold the ZR in lieu of a 370.. I mainly just wanted to agree with the comment regarding the distaste for free advertising.. That and the OPs Will Munny quote from the Unforgiven...

How can you forgive a fella who is willing to burn your GD house down out of revenge.

Photo doesn't do the brushed look justice... Trust me it looks better close up and in person. Especially after the grill was painted gloss black.. The whole car was an experiment in monochromatic.

I know the company that made these meant well... But I agree with you... Somehow it just doesn't work... But thanks for post because I was considering something similar and your post has helped me make up my mind to the contrary.

IMHO - The front end fairs in a significantly more aesthetically pleasing manner than the rear when it comes to emblem replacement. I think it has something to do with the front being simultaneously flat and angled, vice the rear being somewhat rounded and curved. It's too bad they indented the rear location. Not to lead your imaginations astray...

But I have always been a fan of shaved and smooth.....

on Z car tails... LOL

I agree.

anything decent out yet? under $200 would be great for both:tup:

GingaBreadMan 08-09-2010 06:08 PM

Decided not to remove front and rear emblems since the front and rear bumpers will be emblemless (not a word lol) when I change them. Ztoon just happen to get the same rear bumper I want. That a** is hawt.

Ztoon 08-09-2010 06:20 PM

You're talking about the car,... right?

wolf370z 08-09-2010 10:03 PM

Its really funny... all it takes is one little emblem removal and the rear end is magically transformed to a much cleaner, smoother rear end. I did it as well (in the sun of the carolinas) and all you need is a fine string to saw the emblem off the glue. Then its simply using any acidic fluid to remove the glue left behind.

Much better without it.

Hey this car is really cool and amazing. I liked it very much, Thanks for shairng the pictures.
