Default Clear Bra Install

Hey guys, i figured i'd put up the album from my clearbra install so if people wanted to see what the process looks like, they could.

EDIT: This install was done by Executive Paint Protection in NY, not me.

the album contains pictures of the detail, and the clearbra install.

Picasa Web Albums - Executive Paint P... - Nissan

This picture is cool, the close portion is the detailed paint, the far portion is the condition it was in after picking it up from the dealer 2 hours prior

so is that you who's installing?

looks good. i installed clearbra on a previous hobby car (front end only) and it was a pretty time consuming process, but turned out great.

Nope that was a shop that did it. i guess that may have been vague. They did a great job though, wrapped every edge that could be wrapped, can't really tell its there. This stuff is real tough though, i will put up a pic later, but i ate a rock to the lower front bupper, it caused a small rippple in the clear bra, which could probably be smoothed out with some heat, but it did its job and protected the paint from any damage, and did not tear whatsoever.

jeff- sounds good. yah, i know wat you mean, those clearbra's are pretty strong to impacts. i found that it swirls easily (even just running your dry finger over it with no grit) so might be a good idea to wax it once the adhesives cure completely.

yep, its got two layers of sealant on it. its been on since i bought the car. My detailer is sending me a free bottle of the sealant, not sure what its called yet though. All i know is water beads up so much it looks like my car has scales if its sitting out in the rain, looks real cool. apparently this sealant lasts really long.
