--Running Headlights during the day--

OK, like the title says. I am running my lights during the day. What I did was paint over the sensors so I have full Daytime running lights. I just leave the switch in "auto". I did this on my G also. With this car it has the auto dimming interior lights. It can be hard to see my CD player and even the A/C indicator when it is sunny out.

Has anyone modified the dimming feature? I know most people treat their bulbs like 24K gold. I run aftermarket bulbs and I am not worried about longevity. I just want other people on the road to see me. I guess it comes from riding motorcycles?? Plus 8000K looks cool day and night!:happydance:

I guess I should add that I have an aftermarket CD player. Thanks for the quick reply!:tiphat:

np!

shouldn't matter though, since the aftermarket CD player is still getting dimmer signal from the factory harness when you turn on the headlights. :)

you can adjust the brightness to maximum and it would look normal during the daytime.

That does not make the CD player and interior lights any brighter with the lights on. It only brightens the clock and gauge cluster. Thanks though:hello:
