Not a Z34, but here is mine... (it's a HR motor. not VHR)
And sorry for a crappy cell phone picture.

Hey those are custom Modshack intakes. As far as I know there are only 3 such 370Z set ups like that in the entire world.
I have one too.

BTW I like the APS intake tubes. I understand that the Cobb intake tubes like mine are no longer available.
Here is my setup.

More purple blingage in the bay yo (purple DressUpBolts)! Sheetmetal engine cover should be here soon. I'm still thinking about what I want to do about the intake pipes. Definitely keeping the stock airboxes as they flow just fine and look clean.

It's either that or a fancy voltage regulator. The Japanese are really into that line of electronic tuning. Sometimes it makes power, sometimes it doesn't.

basically the same thing. i was looking at a 300zx last weekend that had the HKS setup for his TT ignition. it is kinda like a capacitor/amplifier for the ignition circuit and he said it works really well. improves both spark and life span of the plugs, especially on turbo motors where detonation is more of an issue

Luckily modern COP setups don't really need an additional boost unless you are running crazy amounts of boost. Evo X guys are seeing benefit coil upgrades and CDI amplifiers at around 30 psi of boost or so. But that's common for these little 4-banger turbo powerplants.
