I just ordered the CF plate frame. Stupid front plates in Texas... In other news...does anyone know the legality of blacking out the back of toll tag stickers in Texas?

I just ordered the CF plate frame. Stupid front plates in Texas...
In other news...does anyone know the legality of blacking out the back of toll tag stickers in Texas? Does it matter if they are visible? If not, putting this behind the plate or in the cubby would be great. These things look like trash on my progressively more blacked out Z...
