Random Question of the Day -- RE: Illuminated Lock Button

I noticed the other day that the lock icon is illuminated on my lock/unlock button, but the unlock icon is not :shakes head:

Is this just me? Why would Nissan only illuminate one of the two icons? :confused:

Normal, or weird malfunction on my interior door lights? :ugh2:

I had a 2007 G35 Coupe prior to my Z. Same thing with it, only the lock symbol would light up. Also, the button was opposite the lock was on the top and unlock on the bottom, goofy to say the least
