I had 0% done on all my cars prior to the Z (except my vw bug) but after thinking about it, the darker tint made the Z look a little too "thug". The last thing I wanted is to take away from the beauty of the Z.
Now, the only time I ever had an issue with the darker tint, is when it was in the middle of the night, with no street lights, while it was raining. In that situation, I had to be a little cautious when pulling out onto roads and whatnot. Other than that, you'll be able to see just fine. Personally, I think anything between 20% and 45% should look great on the Z. I ended up with 35%.
