Access to rear fender from hatch
I have a dent on my rear fender. If I remove the interior hatch plastics, is there access to the fender? I want to have PDR done and want to avoid drilling into the fender liner.
Can someone who has removed the interior hatch panels comment if you can even access the fenders there? 370Z Rear Interior Removal -> Z1 Motorsports

the tech will need to drill. not a big deal though, dont worry. drilling to gain acess is an everyday thing for PDR. depending on which side the dent is on you might want to leave the car how you have it in the pict above.
if dent is on the driver side the tech might drill from door jam side or tail lamp cavity side. if dent is on the passenger side, tech will drill from the door jam side. he will most-likely not drill from the tail lamp cavity due to the gas filler being there. |
