Rear Fog Light Electrical and Shipping Question

Please Help me out and answer either one or both questions 1. Does anyone with electrical experience or general knowledge think this is a bad idea/ will draw too much

Please Help me out and answer either one or both questions

2. If you ordered your fog light from thezstore or ebay, how long did it take to come in. Headed to Tampa Thursday and not sure to ship it there or my current address. Really wanna order from the zstore but can someone please let me know how quick their turn around is for shipping
