Give a couple inches over for each piece. Keep in mind pattern weave direction. More complex pieces, allow for 2 tries, like I did for the shift ring.
(don't know why the frikkin pictures wouldn't load, check out my album).
I wouldn't by any of their applicators or cleaning solutions. Just rubbing alcohol to clean, an' your good to go.

Hmmm, don't know. Basically you want to remove any oils that could reduce adhesion. Tire sprays restore lustre, so it may contain silicone.

Dish liquid thinned out with water is the best. That's what I'll use to wash off the wax from my roof before installing the Ni-Doc.

Default New pics updated

Finally finished with the roof. Didn't have enough time to finish the rear diffuser. That's going to be the hardest part to do. New pictures are up on my original post. Note to self:self, do not pull on the di noc too much after applying heat to it. It stretches slightly and changes the color a little bit.

Roof looks amazing! Can't wait til my supplies come. Did you use heat gun or just a house hold blow dryer?

It takes not much heat. So i guess blow dryer would work. I used a heat gun. It's faster and easier to control. Just make sure you don't pull on vinyl too much while it is in the soft state (hot). The vinyl would stretch just a tiny bit in a certain spot and create minor discoloration. unfortunately, I found this out the hard way. I have a little bit of this issue on my roof. But I am not going to waste 150 bucks worth of di noc and redo it though.

By the way, I didn't have to use any heat for the pillars. I only had to use heat on the roof installation.

i dont have this exact sheet, but i have something similar that shrinks and adheres with heat i bought long time ago. it's just a simulated CF.

im going to make me a cutout for the steering wheel volume up/down trim. it's a small triangular shaped thing that looks out of place without some kind of trim.
