Sorry guys, I installed it and immediately wanted to go out cruising in the beautiful chicago weather

Here's pics, I am telling you, just like everything else, these pics DO NOT do this mod justice. In person the button looks dark red candy apple/mettalic red. Its amazing, I am dumbfounded and how different this looks in a picture from the real thing. Cheapest mod out there and it is well worth it. Installation was a since, I didnt even disconnect the hazard button with my 6spd manual. I am surprised at how easily I was able to take that whole dash n such apart, took me an easy 10 minutes to install. Courtesy parts were very quick with shipping, A +

Ya it is kinda weird how it shows up bright red in pics, but more metallic red in person. It def suprised me when I first saw it. It's a def must buy, and it's from an actual GT-R. It can't get any more "tits" then that, lol

Hey Reaper , just one more thing, I noticed the plug in in the back of the switch shown on the Courtesy Nissan parts page, does that plug right into the 370z harness? No cutting or fitting?

Thats right, it's a simple disconnect of the Original start button, and reconnect of the Gtr button.

Yea it's a direct plug n play, I think the current DIY needs to be done up better, especially one for manual versions. Maybe I'll redo my install n do a New DIY

Default Turn your flash off.

Turn your flash off. If you are using a cheap camera, this screws the shutter rate, so set the camera down and use the auto timer to avoid shaking the camera during the shot.

Nice mod. Never thought of this. What does it look like lit up?

Lol the only camera I have personally to take pics is my iPhone, which doesnt have flash. At night, the only thing that is lit up is the lettering START and STOP, the red paint is non transparent.

Yes, I installed the button about 2 months ago as well. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it better than the opaque one that comes with the car. Now, I'm really glad I installed it. Looks much better, especially at night because I couldn't stand how the stock one is a big glowing orange button.

The stock one always kinda looked cheesy to me, it was one of the first things I noticed that I didn't like very much about the car when I got in it for the first time to go for a test drive.

One of the easiest installs you can do as well. It took me longer to remove the damn connection on the back of the button (small flathead screwdrive needed to push the tab in) than to actually get at it in the first place.

Hey men, just a quick question for you, What all do you take off to get to the start button? I pulled off the surrounding area (the vents and around the Navigation). I cant seem to get it all the way off at the bottom where it seems to attach to the gear stifet finisher. I just dont want to pull so hard and break it. Any help would be helpful, Thanks
