I would like to at least try to fix it my self prior to bringing it to the dealership for something so small and having there techs getting into the interior paneling.

I have this issue as well - I recently installed HFC's and I have a feeling the sound comes from loose bolts connecting the HFC's to the CBE.

I heard loctite solves the issue.
