I think I read somewhere in the manual that says the HID XENON light bulb has very high wattage and should be replaced only by the dealer. Is this true

Changing burned out head lights
I think I read somewhere in the manual that says the HID XENON light bulb has very high wattage and should be replaced only by the dealer. Is this true or if my head lights burn out I can replace them myself?
