First picture is looking up at rear bumper on the left side, right above the exhaust tip. Second picture is looking up at bumper also, but at the center U-shaped

  First picture is looking up at rear bumper on the left side, right above the exhaust tip. Second picture is looking up at bumper also, but at the center U-shaped bracket with the pop rivet attached to the bumper. As you can see the left bracket is missing the pop rivet as well as the long black, plastic piece that it pops into. It's the same on the right side, just didn't take a picture of it.
