I just tried to replace my license plate bulbs on my 370 and it sparked. Now my tail lights will not turn on or the licence plate bulbs either. everything

Now my tail lights will not turn on or the licence plate bulbs either. everything else is fine. Checked the fuses by the clutch and they seem ok. Can someone please help? Thanks
