Default Lights Out

I just tried to replace my license plate bulbs on my 370 and it sparked. Now my tail lights will not turn on or the licence plate bulbs either. everything else is fine. Checked the fuses by the clutch and they seem ok. Can someone please help?

Thanks

there is this goofy *** fuse box inside of the engine bay.. its on the passenger side in front of the battery. Its mounted horizontally and attached to the inside fender. The whole fuse box it attached with a long wire bundle and you actually pull the fuse box up and off the inside wall.. Check the service manual I think its in there.. but its a bizarre *** setup. It took me a like an hour to find that thing. The fuse for the taillights are in that fuse panel.

It's called the clearance fuse. It's one of the 10amp fuses on the right side, I believe 1st or 2nd from the top.
