Carbon Fiber Hood question
 

I'm considering getting a CF hood and I wanted to know if any of you who have the ViS or Seibon CF hood could let me know if the hood has the correct holes for all 3 latches, the windshield washer lines, and the rubber "seals" that go around the whole front and sides.

I guess a high-res pic of the underside of the hood would answer the question as well.

What was that? Some of us are not as informed as most people... I would like to know as well.

Better to get all question answered before spending 500~1000 dollars on a hood.

I am also in for the answer....It is going to take someone to pick up the phone and call the campanies their self and also let them know there is a whole forum of folks here that would like to see some pic of the underbelly. I would like to get the GTR hood at some point.

Wow quick response time Dreamer. Still leaves a bunch of unanswered questions. I will call next week if no one else does. Maybe someone knows another person on the forum with these hoods and shoot them a PM.

I PM'ed AJ@ECSMotorsports, since he's the sponsor that started the thread on the Seibon hoods. Maybe he knows. If I hear back, I'll post the reply here.

Vis doesn't have a cf hood for the 370z yet..not for another couple months.

^^ correct.. it sucks, because ViS is usually ahead of the game, and are really slacking on a very popular tuner car that has been out for OVER a year.. but as for a few months, it is a bit sooner than that ;)

As for Seibon, I have not seen them in person to be honest.. we don't stock hoods, way too expensive with shipping to stock for internet customers.

I do know it has windshield washer hole, but cannot attest if they have holes for the rubber seal. Let me email a few of our customer who ordered the hoods and see what they have to say about the hoods..

Anyone at least have a link to a picture of a CF hood installed on a 370Z, preferably a white one? I did some searching but couldn't find anything.
