I ordered through JapanParts. Took 3 weeks to get to me in Australia. Took a couple pics with the phone, so they arent great, but you get the idea.

I didnt think it was going to fit that great at first when I just had the double sided tape holding it on, but once you get the screws in the bottom tightened up it all lines up near perfect.
