Back in the mid 90's I got a speeding ticket in New Mexico on my Honda CBR600. It was done by aircraft and I was clocked at 125 is a 55 or 65 I can't remember now. I was in the military then so they didn't arrest me, but I got a hefty ticket and a court appearance!
